Roll Over Menno

All Mennonites Welcome Here!

New Age Monk Award

Now why should all the big organizations get all the awards? There’s a little Mennonite church in Ohio that deserves an honorable mention on the ROM (Roll Over Menno) Index. Here are just a few authors that are on the pastor’s “Christian spirituality reading list” of this Ohio Mennonite Church:

Interspiritual Award

The ROM (Roll Over Menno) Index is pretty high for this one!

The MCC (Mennonite Central Committee) and the Mennonite GC (General Conference) get to share the first honorable mention for making Menno roll over in his grave. Don’t be too shocked when you find they are listed as MEMBERS on the World Interfaith Congress database of interspiritual organizations (here) on the Interspirit Foundation website. The goal of the WIC is for all faiths to have a ‘common agenda’ or ‘center’. What common agenda do the Mennonites have with the Catholics, Unitarians, Muslims, Buddhists, Scientologists, Wiccans, Luciferians, and Urantians? Could it be world peace through a one world false religion?

ROM Index rating 10

Ye cannot drink the cup of the Lord, and the cup of devils: ye cannot be partakers of the Lord’s table, and of the table of devils. 1 Corinthians 10:21

ROM Index

Menno Simons was an anabaptist who renounced the church of Rome. The Mennonites, although there are many kinds, get their name from Menno Simons. Yet today, there are many Mennonites who are heading back to Rome, causing poor old Menno to roll over in his grave. This blog will give the ROM index (Roll Over Menno) award to the various Mennonite churches and organizations who are today’s leaders on the road back home to Rome.
